• 2. Investment company’s charter; (consular legalization)
• 3. Investment company’s shareholder register; (consular legalization)
• 4. Legal representative passport; (consular legalization)
• 5. Financial statements of the last 2 years; (consular legalization)
• 6. Certificate of account Balance; (consular legalization)
• 7. Land lease contract;
• 8. Investment plan and scheme.
• *for renting factory:
                                         – Certificate of Land Use Rights, Ownership of House and Other Properties Associated with land;
                                         – Approval of fire prevention and fighting;
                                         – Environmental Impact Assessment for factory;
                                         – Certificate of Business registration. (Have Real-estate business)

• 1. A written request for permission for execution of the investment project;
• 2. The certified documents for financial capacity or Guarantee for investor’s financial capacity;
• 3. Certificate of Incorporation of Investor;
• 4. legal representative’s passport;
• 5. An investment proposal;
• 6. Production process;
• 7. Leasehold or lease contract;
• 8. Letter of Authorization.
